These are achieved by having in place guidelines for the process involved with the web site design.Webjade calls on the Project Management skills that have been developed through experience and formal studies.

Putting together a site is part of a process that can be divided into main sections.

Consultation	Webjade's first consultation is free. This is where, with our customer, we develop and ascertain the reasons for a web site and the best possible outcomes.	Concept	After the concept is initiated at our first meeting, Webjade will write up a scope -plan, incorporating content, design, time frames, important milestones and cost estimates. This is then finalised with our customer before our project begins.
Design	Webjade will draw up a design outline with examples of how the site will look and feel. Again webjade will consult free to our customer to make certain the site has all the necessary requirements.	Development	Webjade will then develop the web site. When necessary our customer will confirm that the development is in accordance with their design. There is also the opportunity to change components if necessary.
Achievment	This is the final stage of development. When our customer is happy with the final product we will gladly upload the site onto the internet.	Support	Webjade will contact our customer at a later date to confirm that the site is operating in accordance to their previous requirements. Webjade will gladly change any inconsistency if required.
